C-TEL is Gujarat Based company Established in 2019, C-TEL completed FOUR years of uninterrupted service to the Indian Market. Based in India, we have remained one of the leading vendors to the Indian Railways as well as in Indian Market for DWC HDPE Pipes. C-TEL was in TRADING business and supplying items required by Indian Market as well as Indian Railways from Railway Approved Vendors. C-TEL has started manufacturing High Density Polythene Pipes (HDPE) from October 2023.
